I love trying new tech's, and this card I saw on Mary's (http://kreatesKards.blogspot.com ) blog. Mine isn't as good as her, but it's my first try. I'll make a few more of these and get better with time.Base card is 4 1/4 x 11", score @2,3 3/4, 7 1/4 & 9. The scallops were cut from wild card, birthday cakes were punched with Martha Stewart hand punch, the words happy birthay is a stamp and I added stickles on the cakes and glue glitter dots around the scallops.
