On this Mother's Day card, I tried something a little different. The center oval scallops were cut with spellbinders, the rose is a stamp and I colored it with prisma coloring pencils and OMS, then I added some ultra thick embossing enamel and heat it. The thick embossing enamel was added and heated 3 times to give the rose a glossy shiny look. I added a blue ribbon acrioss the top of the card and 3 large flat back pearls. I used the floral cuttlebug folder for the background and the words "Happy Mother's day" is a stamp and I added 4 small white pearls. Wednesday, May 5, 2010
