Happy Mother's Day Momma!

This is a "very special" Mother's day card for me. I have made several Mother's day cards for friends and family, but this year I wanted to make a Mother's day card for my momma! You see this is a card that my mother will only see in spirit, because she passed away on March 15, 1995. Her passing was "THE" most worst thing I've ever had to deal with!! That's why I know that there is a God..God will heal your heart and provide the strength you need to carry on in life. When no one else could speak sorrow words to you during the passing of a loved one, God's words flows through heart, HE raps you within His arms and tells you that everything is going to be alright! Happy Mother's Momma!! I love you and I miss you dearly!

Every Which Way Front to Back Gold Flowers

Happy Wednesday everyone! Okay, I got a little crazy with this card, and I just wanted to have a little fun with it. I call this card "Every Which Way Front to Back Gold Flowers" because the flowers are everywhere, they going in all directions on the front, back and inside the card. Funny huh? The scallops on the front of the card were cut from wild card @ 7" and the scallops on the back of the card was cut @12". The florish is from storybook and cut @2" & the one on the back was cut @4". I used gold metallic paper, and the flowers inside the circles is a stamp and was embrossed with gold powder, as well as the line of flowers. The words Love You as well as the word on the front of the card are stamps. Just having a little card making fun!! Enjoy.

A Message Card

I call this "A Message Card" because it's just a simple card that says a message! If you can't see the words clearly, the message is: "Say something good to someone today, smile... YOU are Blessed, why not Bless someone else!!" Powerful message that I thought was needed for today's card. I used Spellbinder frame and added silver pearls and red gem rhinestones.

I used Martha Steward punch for the lace, Spellbinders for both frame squares, added yellow ribbon and a big yellow bow, added 3 yellow & white little bows ( I'm going to remove the little yellow & white bow under the big bow because I don't like it there.) Enjoy.

This is a 3D red rose card for you! I have not added a label to the card yet, because I'm not sure what I'm going to use this card for. Once the occasion comes up to use this card, then I will label it. I used spellbinders frame and cut out the 3D rose and used pop up dots to help give it the 3D look. Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to Mary, my Stampin Up rep/demonstrator! Her birthday is within this month and I probably shouldn't have posted this card until I sent it to her incase she visits my blog and sees it before she receives it, but I couldn't wait. Mary is such a sweet and kind person and she's the most "blessed" and honest person I know! You can't really see the oval & the heart shine due to the camera shot, but the oval and the heart shines very much because I've added thick embossing enamel to it and heated it 3 times. Happy Birthday Mary!!
